At Bat Shlomo Vineyards, there is a continuum of experiences for you to discover.
Greet the morning with a serene meditation by the stream near our Dalia Valley Vineyard. Walk amongst the vines and taste the exact grapes we harvest for our wine, relax with a picnic, or, join us in digging our hands directly into the soil.

Vineyard Tour and Storytelling with Bat Shlomo Winemaker Ari Erle

Our winemaker Ari Erle is widely recognized as one of the top vintners in the region.

Ari was a student of Viticulture and Oenology at Napa Valley College and UC Davis and worked at some of the most acclaimed wineries in Napa Valley, including Colgin Cellars and O’Shaughnessy.

Hiking & Walking

Step out into nature and take one of the local walking trails. Simply turn right out of our estate, continue to the end of the road and down into the valley to explore the fields, streams, wildlife, Nachal Dalia, Veyuvalav Nature Reserve, forests, Bat Shlomo Vineyards, and much more. If you want to make a day of it, feel free to request one of our picnic baskets to be prepared for you in advance.

Poolside

Fully relax in our heated, saltwater infinity pool. Unwind, have a swim, soak in the sun and the picturesque surrounding gardens. Enjoy a seasonal fruit plate and a perfect playlist.

Private Tasting Room 

Love what you see, but can’t stay the night? Join us for an exceptional private event in the countryside and an escape from your day-to-day routine. Reserve our tasting room for an afternoon to enjoy a selection of our wines, a light spread of fresh breads, vegetables, and cheeses, and a local tour of the area’s fascinating history.

Yoga with a Local Expert

With your preference of a group, couples’, or singles’ session, our on-site yogi will work with your personal needs to plan an ideal work-out. Choose from poolside, indoors, or surrounded by nature – and finish feeling relaxed and recharged.

Floral Arrangement Workshop

Join our in-house florist for an intimate workshop learning how to make a flower crown and a table centerpiece. You’ll learn a newfound skill to create future flower arrangements all on your own and take home your first works as memorable moments.

Cooking Workshop

Learn to prepare various regional and seasional dishes with our esteemed, in-house chef, Daniel Misan. From precise spicing to beautiful plating, you’ll be guided through a multi-course meal – finishing off the workshop by digging in to your freshly-made delights, complemented with Bat Shlomo wines.

Bike Rentals

Grab a map and rent a bicycle from the grounds, then follow one of our trails. Or, get lost and go off-the-beaten path – exploring the area on a whim. This is the best way to discover the nature reserves, forests, local grounds.

Farmhouse Day Trip

Enjoy our spacious Farmhouse, with its fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining room overlooking the pool and local gardens, a perfectly-framed sunset, and a comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace. Spend the day relaxing in this quiet and remote retreat. Our private chef is available for customized meals for an additional fee.

Arrival/Departure:
Check-in policy: Please be sure to check-in after 14:00.
Check-out is at 11:00 the morning of your departure.

Breakfast:
Our farm-fresh breakfast is included daily for our guests. Please be sure to let us know in advance if you have any requests or allergies.

Children Policy:
We welcome guests ages 16 and up.

Cancellation Policy:
An advance payment of 30% of the total booking must be made upon placing your reservation.
The remaining payment will be charged one week before your arrival.

There are no cancellations or refunds of the advance within 30 days of your arrival, however, we do offer the possibility to reschedule your reservation within six months of your original reservation date.

Payment Policy:
Please note, prices do not include 12% service fee for meals. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% required upon booking and we require a credit card on file to secure booking.
We accept payment with the following methods: Bank transfer or credit card.

House Policy:
Kindly observe our guidelines out of respect for all visiting guests. Personal food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, including alcohol.
Only guide dogs are allowed on the premises, no other pets.
Please refrain from bringing any additional visitors to The Farmhouse other than guests who are staying with us.
