The Farmhouse’s communal dining room celebrates the abundance of the land – shaped throughout history, yet evolving with the changing seasons. It is the beating heart of our offering; exceptional culinary worlds paired with Bat Shlomo Vineyards wines. Our in-house, celebrated chefs source inspiration and ingredients from our own backyard and regional merchants; fresh, local fish, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, spices, and herbs all come together to create multi-course tasting menus that are singular in flavor – and in cultivating connections.
Each menu is customized to your taste and must be reserved before your stay.

Bat Shlomo's head chef, unites simple, yet essential, elements of Mediterranean cooking and crafts new and distinct dishes.
His go-to staples are always fresh almonds, coriander, anise, olives, and wild fish.
