Bat Shlomo collage 2020

This unique blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Merlot was born from the planting of our vineyard in Bat Shlomo on the steep limestone slopes of the Horshan Hills. They were planted next to each other with a small fig tree separating the two blocks. The combination of the crisp, refreshing, cranberry, raspberry and blueberry flavors of the Malbec with the thick and earthy texture of the Merlot creates a special culinary blend that is accurate to the Israeli heat and the Mediterranean cuisine.
