The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc vintage is handcrafted from old vine grapes. This unforgettable wine is fermented for ten months in a stainless steel and concrete tank, the only one of its kind in Israel. It presents a richness in the mouth similar to barrel fermentation without any oak components.
