The Winery

The winery and visitor center are located in the historic moshava of Bat Shlomo on the Carmel Coast, between Haifa and Zichron Yaakov, about a 10-minute drive from Highway 2 (the Coastal Road).

Yes. Advance reservation is required via the website or by phone to ensure availability. The visit includes a guided tour sharing the story of the historic settlement, an explanation of the winemaking process, and a guided tasting of the winery’s flagship wines.

Yes. All Bat Shlomo wines are kosher (Mehadrin), under the supervision of the local Religious Council and the local rabbi. In addition, the wines are certified by Rabbi Mordechai Unger of Monsey.

The winery specializes in premium wines across several series, including a fresh Sauvignon Blanc, a Grenache-based Rosé, an elegant Chardonnay, and complex red wines:

  • Vintner’s Barrel: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 24 to 32 months.
    Collage: A blend of Merlot and Malbec.
    Regavim: Dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Tempranillo, aged 14 months in French oak barrels.
    Alchemy: Dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre.
    Betty’s Cuvée: Dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, aged 20 months in new and French oak barrels.
    Magenta: A blend based on the Israeli hybrid grape Argaman, combined with Syrah and Cabernet.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is a luxurious and intimate hospitality compound located in the heart of Bat Shlomo. It offers a refined experience combining Israeli culinary culture and art, including beautifully designed suites, a private pool, and chef-led meals based on local ingredients.

Yes. The venue is ideal for exclusive boutique events, executive offsites, and family celebrations. The combination of winery wines and the pastoral atmosphere of The Farmhouse create an unforgettable experience.

Guests enjoy a high-end culinary experience based on a seasonal menu inspired by fresh local agricultural produce. The kitchen is led by Chef Daniel Missen, who brings extensive experience from leading restaurants in Israel and abroad, including work under Chef Eyal Shani. Meals are paired with Bat Shlomo wines, and private chef dinners or cooking workshops can be arranged in advance.

Yes, private dining is available by prior arrangement for up to 16 guests.
Larger outdoor events can accommodate up to 80 guests.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, sense of retreat, and refined culinary experience, visits to the winery and The Farmhouse are intended for adults and teenagers aged 16 and above only. We appreciate you’re understanding and cooperation in maintaining the intimate nature of the experience.

General Information & Logistics

The visitor center operates Sunday through Friday by prior reservation. It is closed on Saturdays and Israeli holidays.

Yes. Bat Shlomo Vineyards is accessible and allows convenient access to all main areas. The Farmhouse includes a few low steps; however, we are committed to providing personal assistance and will be happy to accommodate special needs to ensure a comfortable visit.

Yes. Designated parking is available near both the winery and The Farmhouse for the convenience of visitors.

Terms & conditions

Arrival/Departure:
Check-in policy: Please be sure to check-in after 14:00.
Check-out is at 11:00 the morning of your departure.

Breakfast:
Our farm-fresh breakfast is included daily for our guests. Please be sure to let us know in advance if you have any requests or allergies.

Children Policy:
We welcome guests ages 16 and up.

Cancellation Policy:
An advance payment of 30% of the total booking must be made upon placing your reservation.
The remaining payment will be charged one week before your arrival.

There are no cancellations or refunds of the advance within 30 days of your arrival, however, we do offer the possibility to reschedule your reservation within six months of your original reservation date.

Payment Policy:
Please note, prices do not include 12% service fee for meals. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% required upon booking and we require a credit card on file to secure booking.
We accept payment with the following methods: Bank transfer or credit card.

House Policy:
Kindly observe our guidelines out of respect for all visiting guests. Personal food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, including alcohol.
Only guide dogs are allowed on the premises, no other pets.
Please refrain from bringing any additional visitors to The Farmhouse other than guests who are staying with us.
