As every year, the winery hosts an intimate tasting day with close friends and family, led by Elie Wurtman, the vintner. The barrels are tasted blind, ranked, and from this ranking, the top-rated barrel is selected to become the Vintner’s Barrel, the winery’s iconic Cabernet Sauvignon.
But this time, as in 2014, the ranking ended without a clear winner. Opinions were divided, and the debate was sincere. Instead of choosing, we chose to stay with the question and give it a place in a bottle.
That’s how Vintner’s Dilemma was born: a wine that embodies doubt – the moment where art, intuition, and precision meet, yet do not arrive at a single answer.
Vintner’s Dilemma 2022 is a multi-layered Cabernet Sauvignon blend, full of depth, power, and softness, balancing precision with uncertainty. It was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and bottled in a very limited edition, available exclusively at the winery. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

We welcome guests ages 16 and up.
Cancellation Policy:
An advance payment of 30% of the total booking must be made upon placing your reservation.
The remaining payment will be charged one week before your arrival.
There are no cancellations or refunds of the advance within 30 days of your arrival, however, we do offer the possibility to reschedule your reservation within six months of your original reservation date.
Payment Policy:
Please note, prices do not include 12% service fee for meals. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% required upon booking and we require a credit card on file to secure booking.

House Policy:
Kindly observe our guidelines out of respect for all visiting guests. Personal food and drinks are not allowed on the premises, including alcohol.
Only guide dogs are allowed on the premises, no other pets.
Please refrain from bringing any additional visitors to The Farmhouse other than guests who are staying with us.
