Bat Shlomo Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2019 dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes are gently pressed and cold-fermented in concrete egg-shaped containers, and aged in a special cigar-shaped barrel adding layers of extra texture. This wine is carefully handcrafted, naturally and without filtration or cold stabilization. Expect wine diamonds and light precipitation.
