The Sauvignon Blanc 2013 is an unforgettable wine that was harvested by hand from an ancient vine, and fermented in stainless steel tanks and a concrete egg for 10 months. Our fermentation tanks are the only ones of their kind in Israel, and the result is a rich taste similar to barrel fermentation but without any oak components.
