The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc vintage was handcrafted from old vine grapes. This unforgettable wine is fermented ten months in stainless steel and a concrete egg, the only one of its kind in Israel. It displays richness in the mouth similar to barrel fermentation without any oak components.
